Terms of service
Last updated 24 September 2026
These terms apply between Goodbirch ("we") and the merchant installing Tickwheel ("you"), in addition to Shopify's terms.
The service
Tickwheel shows a prize wheel on your store, draws prizes by the odds, stock and budget you set, and creates Shopify discount codes for winners. You decide the prizes and are responsible for honouring them and for running the promotion lawfully in your country, including any rules on games and competitions and on consent for marketing email.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice. You can change or cancel your plan at any time in the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. If a plan's monthly spins run out, the wheel stops showing until the next month or until you upgrade; codes already issued keep working.
Your data
You remain the controller of your customers' data; we process it on your behalf as described in our privacy policy.
Availability
We aim for the wheel to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. If the service is unavailable, the wheel does not show; your store is not affected.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will tell you in the app before material changes take effect.
