Getting started

1. Open Tickwheel in your Shopify admin and create a campaign from a template.
2. Press Add to a page (Spin wheel block) or Turn on pop-up (Spin wheel pop-up), and save in the theme editor.
3. Press Activate. The campaign page shows Live on your store once a visitor has loaded the wheel.
4. Spin it yourself on your phone.

Common questions

Can someone use another person's code? No. Each code works once, and only at checkout with the email that won it.

What happens when a prize runs out? Its chance moves to the other prizes. When nothing can be won any more, or the budget is used up, the campaign ends by itself.

Can I see who won? Yes, under Results, with a CSV export.

Does it slow my store down? The wheel loads after your page, only on pages where you placed it, in an isolated component that your theme's styles cannot break.
